How to fill in a PDF form without printing it
To fill in a PDF form, open Fill PDF form, add the form, type into each field and tick the boxes, then download. You can keep it as a form that can still be changed, or flatten it so the answers become part of the page.

Steps
- Open Fill PDF form and add the form.
- Fill in each field; every field is shown by its label.
- Choose whether to keep it as a form or flatten it.
- Download, and sign it with Sign PDF if a signature is needed.
Flatten before you send
Flattening turns the answers into ordinary page content, so nobody can change them later and every reader sees the same thing.
Forms without fields
Some forms are only lines on a page with no fields. For those, use Edit PDF to add text where the answers go.
