- Close and delete your accountYour account is deleted 14 days after you confirm. Until then, you can cancel.
- Download a copy of your dataTake a ZIP file of your data whenever you want one. Each download stays available for 24 hours.
- Limits of each planWhat each plan includes: tasks, file size, storage, signature requests and the features that need a paid plan.
Signing in and security
- Choose how you sign inSign in with a password, an emailed code, an emailed link, an account you already have elsewhere, or a passkey.
- Use a passkeyA passkey signs you in with your fingerprint, your face or your screen lock, with no password to type.
- Use two-step verificationAsk for a code from an authenticator app each time you sign in, so a stolen password is not enough.
- Use your recovery codesTen single-use codes that sign you in when you cannot reach your authenticator app.
- Reset a forgotten passwordAsk for a link by email and choose a new password. The link works for 30 minutes.
