Organise, compress and repair PDFs

Work with the pages

1. Open Tools and choose Merge PDF, Split PDF, Organise PDF, Extract pages, Delete pages, Rotate PDF, Crop PDF or Page numbers.
2. Add your file. Merge PDF takes two or more files and joins them in the order they are listed.
3. Set what the tool asks for, such as the pages to keep or the position of the page numbers, then press Start.
4. Download the result, or save it to your library. A result you do not save is deleted after 2 hours.

Add pages

• Insert pages puts the pages of one PDF into another at the place you choose. It takes exactly two PDFs.
• Insert blank pages adds blank pages wherever you need them.

Make smaller or repair

• Compress PDF makes a PDF smaller. Choose how much quality to give up: full quality, balanced or smallest. Each file you compress counts as one task.
• Repair PDF recovers the readable content of a damaged PDF. A part that cannot be read cannot be recovered.

Limits by plan

• Files in one run: 5 on Free, 25 on Pro, 50 on Team and 100 on Business. Each output file counts as one task, so merging ten files into one counts one task.
• Merge, split, organise, extract, delete, rotate, crop and page numbers run in your browser, so the file is not uploaded. Insert pages, insert blank pages, compress and repair run on our servers.

If something goes wrong

• Merge PDF needs at least two files. With one file, choose another tool.
• If a tool cannot read a damaged PDF, run Repair PDF first and then the tool again.
