Limits of each plan
What each plan includes: tasks, file size, storage, signature requests and the features that need a paid plan.
Limits by plan
- Free: 3 tasks a day, files up to 25 MB, 5 files in one run, 1 GB of library storage, 2 signature requests a month and 1 template. It includes no AI credits.
- Pro: 2,000 tasks a month, files up to 100 MB, 25 files in one run, 25 GB of storage, 500 AI credits, 50 signature requests a month and 25 templates.
- Team: 10,000 tasks a month, files up to 250 MB, 50 files in one run, 250 GB of storage, 2,500 AI credits, 300 signature requests a month and 250 templates.
- Business: 50,000 tasks a month, files up to 500 MB, 100 files in one run, 1,000 GB of storage, 10,000 AI credits, 1,500 signature requests a month and any number of templates.
- Enterprise: the limits are agreed with each customer. They start at 100,000 tasks a month, files up to 1,000 MB, 200 files in one run, 2,000 GB of storage, 20,000 AI credits and 5,000 signature requests a month.
Features by plan
- Cloud storage and signing with your own certificate: Pro and above.
- Connecting an AI assistant: Pro and above.
- The API, webhooks, Zapier and Make: Team and above.
- Single sign-on and automatic provisioning: Business and above.
- The two AI tools, Summarise PDF and Translate PDF, use AI credits, which the Free plan does not include.
How limits are counted
- One task is one file a tool produces: merging five files into one PDF counts one task, and converting twelve images into twelve PDFs counts twelve.
- On the Free plan, tasks start again each day at midnight in the account owner's time zone. On every other plan they start again each month, on the day the plan started.
- A run that fails, or that is cancelled, uses nothing.
