Usage and limits

What your account has used, how each limit is counted, and when it starts again.

See what is used

  1. Open Settings, then Usage.
  2. Each limit shows what is used, what running work is holding, and when it starts again. Owners and admins also see what each person used.

How limits are counted

  • One task is one file a tool produces: merging five files into one PDF counts one task, and converting twelve images into twelve PDFs counts twelve.
  • AI credits count the pages the AI reads. The cost is shown before an AI tool runs.
  • On the Free plan, tasks start again each day at midnight in the account owner's time zone. On every other plan they start again each month, on the day the plan started.
  • A run that fails, or that is cancelled, uses nothing.
  • Library storage counts every version of every saved document. It does not start again: deleting documents frees space, and an account over its limit keeps every document readable but saves nothing new.

At a limit

  • The tool says which limit was reached and when it starts again. The account's owner can see the plans and change the plan; everyone else is asked to speak to the owner.
