Asking for help

1. Open Contact support from the account menu, or from the footer of any page.
2. Say what it is about, which tool you used and what you expected. Never send a password.
3. An email confirms the request with a link to it. Our reply comes by email too, and you answer from the same link.

Is PDF Loft working?

• The Status page shows each part of PDF Loft, measured every minute, with any incident and planned maintenance.
• Subscribe there to be emailed when an incident starts, changes or ends.

Telling us what you think

• Choose Send feedback in the account menu to send an idea, a problem or praise. A message can be up to 2,000 characters.
• About two weeks after you join, and then at most every 90 days, a card may ask how likely you are to recommend PDF Loft on a scale from 0 to 10. Answer it, add a comment if you wish, or choose Not now. Either way the card stays away for 90 days.
• The team reads feedback, but it does not receive a reply. To ask a question and get an answer, use Contact support.
