Download a copy of your data

Prepare a download

1. Open Settings, then Privacy and data.
2. Under Download your data, select Prepare my download.
3. When it is ready, select Download ZIP file. We also email you a link to it.

What it contains

• Your profile, the accounts you belong to and your role in each, your sessions, the security events about you, your email preferences, and the tool runs you counted against each account's limits.
• It never includes other people's details.

How long it lasts

• A download stays available for 24 hours and is then deleted. After that, prepare a new one.
• One download can be ready at a time.
