Close and delete your account

Before you start

• Download a copy of your data first if you want one.
• A team you own that has other members must pass to another owner first. Teams where you are the only member are deleted with your account, and you leave every other team.

Ask for deletion

1. Open Settings, then Delete account.
2. This needs a sign-in within the last 10 minutes. If yours is older, sign out and sign in again first.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete my account.
4. We email you a confirmation with the date the account will be deleted.

Change your mind

• Until that date, return to Delete account and select Cancel deletion. Nothing is lost.
• After 14 days, your profile, your personal account and its files, your sessions, your data exports and any invitations sent to you are deleted permanently.
