Invite people to a team
Admins and the owner invite people by email. Each invitation works for 7 days.
Send an invitation
- Switch to the team with the account switcher.
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Under Invite someone, enter the email address, choose a role and select Send invitation.
- A team has a set number of seats, and a pending invitation holds one until it is accepted, withdrawn or expires.
Accept an invitation
- Open the link in the email within 7 days.
- Sign in, or create an account, with the address the invitation was sent to, then select Accept invitation.
- You keep your personal account, and the team appears in the account switcher.
Withdraw an invitation
- Open Settings, then Invitations.
- Select Withdraw beside the invitation and confirm. The link stops working, and you can invite the person again later.
