Use two-step verification

Turn it on

1. Open Settings, then Sign-in and security.
2. Under Two-step verification, select Turn on.
3. Add PDF Loft to your authenticator app: open the setup link on the device that has the app, or type the setup key into it.
4. Enter the six-digit code the app shows, then select Turn on two-step verification.
5. Save the ten recovery codes that appear, then select I have saved them. They are shown only once.
6. This needs a sign-in within the last 10 minutes. If yours is older, sign out and sign in again first.

Sign in with it on

1. After your password, emailed code, emailed link or another account, PDF Loft shows the Two-step verification screen.
2. Enter the six-digit code from your app and select Verify.
3. Without your app, select Use a recovery code instead and enter one of your recovery codes.

Turn it off

• Select Turn off and confirm with your password. Without a password, a recent sign-in is enough.
• We email you each time two-step verification is turned on or off.
