Fix a problem with a tool or a file
Find the cause of a missing result, a refused file, a reached limit or a message that does not arrive.
Tools and files
- The result is gone. A result you do not save is deleted 2 hours after it is made. Run the tool again and save the result to your library to keep it.
- A file is refused as too large. The largest file depends on your plan. Compress it first, or read the limits of each plan.
- A file is refused because of its type. Each tool says which files it reads. Convert the file first, for example a Word document to PDF.
- A tool says a limit is reached. The message names the limit and when it starts again. The account owner can change the plan.
- A run failed. A failed run uses no task, so you can run it again. If it fails again, write to support with the tool name and the time.
Emails and codes
- A code or a link does not arrive. Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address, then ask for a new one. Codes last 10 minutes and reset links last 30.
- A signer did not get the signing email. Remind the signer from the request page. A reminder gives a new link, and the old link stops working.
Still stuck
- Open Status to see whether there is a known problem with the service.
- Write to support and say what you did, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password.
