How to print PDF shipping labels on a ZPL printer

To print a PDF label on a thermal printer, open PDF to ZPL, add the label, choose the label stock and printer density, and send the ZPL file to the printer. Each page becomes one label.

The other way round

If you have a ZPL file and no thermal printer, ZPL to PDF draws every label as a page of a PDF, so you can check it or print it on paper.

Matching the density

A label made for the wrong density prints too large or too small. The density is printed on the printer or in its settings; 203 dots per inch is the most common.
