Choose which emails you receive
Turn tips, signature activity and team emails on or off, and see which emails are always sent.
Change your choices
- Open Settings, then Notification settings.
- Switch a kind on or off. Each change is saved at once.
Leave from an email
- Select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an optional email.
- Select the button on the page that opens. Only that kind of email stops, and a mail scanner that opens the link does not unsubscribe you.
Emails that always arrive
- Billing: receipts, renewals, failed payments and refunds. They are your record of what you paid.
- Security: sign-in codes, password changes, new sign-ins and account deletion. They protect your account.
- Requests to sign: when someone asks you to sign a document, you always receive the request and its reminders.
Phone notices
- Each phone signed in to PDF Loft has its own switches on the same settings screen.
